100% plastic-free, recyclable paper
One of Flower & White's proudest achievements has been to change the packaging of their Meringue Bars and Bites to 100% plastic-free, recyclable paper, which has had a huge impact on reducing plastic in the environment.
They use only 100% Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified card which ensures that the paper comes from forests that meet high environmental standards, where forest workers are treated fairly, and the forestry company invests in ensuring the forest is there for the long term.
Treading lightly on our planet has always been at the forefront of everything that we do.
Investment in new machinery has also enabled F&W to remove protective plastic infills from their packing process. They now use recycled paper infills to protect their meringues during transit. They believe even smallest positive changes like these make a big difference.
