When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm (Mon - Fri) within 48 hours for next working day delivery (to most areas of the UK).

How will my order be shipped?

We use DPD for all of our deliveries as they’re thankfully becoming the UK’s most environmentally friendly way to ship parcels around the UK & they’re the only Carbon Neutral Courier…also to put the icing on the cake they have a really cool tracking system which provides a 1 hour delivery window.

If you would like to ensure that your DPD delivery is made in the most efficient manner possible, download and use the DPD app, it will allow you to choose a preferred neighbour who can accept deliveries on your behalf or your preferred safe place.

If you're not there? The driver will attempt to deliver your parcel to a Pickup Parcel Shop nearby, so that you can receive your order as soon as possible.

Search for your nearest Pickup Shop.

When you collect from a Pickup shop, make sure to bring your photo ID and proof of address (e.g., utility bill) with you; having your email on hand will also come in handy for completing the pickup process.

How much will shipping cost for my order?

Happily, we offer free delivery on most UK orders over £20. For those of you who are just wanting a smaller order, delivery under £20 starts from £4.99. 

The above shipping costs are based on the standard DPD regions defined by postcode. However this does mean that the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man orders may incur additional shipping charges.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is £6.99 per box (up to 30kg per box, excluding bulky items). The total delivery cost is calculated at checkout. 

Whilst delivery charges inside the regions stated above are higher, this is unfortunately out of our hands. If you feel our calculator charges place you in the wrong shipping zone then please do let us know and we will happily confirm the correct delivery price based on your postcode/delivery country.

Do I get a tracking number for my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped which includes your DPD tracking number. Our friends at DPD will also send you a text & email on the morning of your delivery which includes tracking details and an estimated 1 hour delivery window.

Can I pick a delivery day and time for my order?

We can’t guarantee an exact delivery day, however, if you drop us an email with your order number and let us know that you need a specific delivery date, we will do our best to make sure it is there for you when you need it. DPD also don’t offer timed delivery services but they will give you a 1 hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery to let you know when they will be dropping of your Snackfully order.

I want to update my order with delivery instructions/a safe place

DPD have a super slick customer portal which will allow you to update your order with delivery instructions & select a safe place for your Snackfully order to be left if you can’t be in when they are due to arrive…..simply follow the link in the message they send you by email or text once they’ve received your order from us.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Due to the nature of our warehouse & how busy it is on a daily basis; you are unable to collect your order in person. But, don’t worry our couriers are very fast so it won’t be long until your box of goodies is arriving on your doorstep.
