Now you’ve arrived at your account dashboard scroll down to find ‘My Orders’. Here you’ll be able to view the status of all the orders you have placed & once we’ve shipped your box of Snackfully delights you’ll be able to find your courier tracking numbers.
Once my order is shipped do I get a tracking number sent to me by email?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped which includes your DPD tracking number. Our friends at DPD will also send you a text & email on the morning of your delivery which includes tracking details and an estimated 1 hour delivery window.
I want to update my order with delivery instructions/a safe place
DPD have a super slick customer portal which will allow you to update your order with delivery instructions & select a safe place for your Snackfully order to be left if you can’t be in when they are due to arrive…..simply follow the link in the message they send you by email or text once they’ve received your order from us.
