Where do you deliver to?
Thankfully, we use DPD for all of our deliveries so as long as you’re in the UK then we can quickly get snacks & drinks to you.
How much does delivery cost?
For the majority of the UK delivery is free for orders of over £30 & for orders below this there will be a small delivery charge of £3.95.
If you live in what DPD classes as their ‘Highlands & Islands Zones’ then unfortunately we may have to increase the free delivery level & delivery charge for your order. To find out exactly what it will cost for your order to be delivered; please log into your account & add your desired products to your basket…the website will then automatically calculate the shipping based on your postcode.
How long does it take for delivery to be made?
For orders placed before 1pm we aim to ship them within 24 hours for next working day delivery to the majority of the UK. Therefore, if you place your order on a Tuesday @ 10am; we would aim to ship your order by Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Although, during busy periods delivery maybe delayed slightly.
If you live in the highlands & islands zone for DPD then delivery could take another 1 or 2 working days depending on the service which DPD can offer to your address. This means if you ordered on Tuesday @ 10am your snacks should be with you by the following Monday.
How can I get updates on when my delivery will arrive?
As soon as you have confirmed your order and payment has been taken you will receive a confirmation email from Snackfully.co.uk.
We will then email you again as soon as the order has been dispatched by our warehouse.
This is when DPD will then take over the delivery updates so you will receive:
- Message 1: To confirm that they have collected your order from Snackfully
- Message 2: On the morning of your delivery to advise of the 1 hour delivery slot.
What is the minimum order value?
No, we don't have a minimum order :)
Can I leave notes for my delivery driver?
Yes, DPD have a great piece of delivery kit which enables you to leave a message for your delivery driver….such as ‘Advising of a safe place to leave your delivery’ or ‘Requesting that your delivery should be made to a local collection point’
How do I check my delivery or see my order history?
This can be easily done by logging into your account on www.snackfully.co.uk/account/login . Then scrolling down to your order history. Here you’ll be able to see your order status & find out your DPD tracking number.
Can I change my delivery slot?
Yes you can 😊 Once DPD have received your order they will send you a message with when they expect to deliver. In this message they’ll also give you the option to amend your delivery date & update your order with a message for the delivery driver.
Can I change a delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched then we will be able to change your delivery address, but, you’ll need to contact our customer service team as quickly as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
However, if your order has been shipped then we won’t be able to make a change to your delivery address. Although DPD will send you a message advising when they will attempt to make delivery of your order & they will give you an option to get it delivered to a local collection point…meaning you can pick the order up at your leisure.
How do I make changes to my current order?
You can make changes to your order before the point of checkout - including adding promotional codes and vouchers. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders, add vouchers or discount codes to orders once checkout is completed.

If your promotional code isn’t working and it’s still in date &/or you haven’t already taken advantage of the promo code, please contact our customer services team at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help.
What will happen if something I order goes out of stock before my Snackfully delivery?
We will do everything we can to avoid running out of stock at Snackfully, but in the very rare instances where this happens, we will swap the product ordered like-for-like with another item that we think you’ll love.
What if items are missing from my order?
While we work very hard to ensure every Snackfully delivery is picked perfectly, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. If an item is missing from your order, it is likely that we ran out of stock for that item, and have replaced it like-for-like with another product.
If a product is missing and hasn’t been replaced by a like-for-like item, please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be more than happy to help.
What if I receive damaged items?
We take the quality of our packages very seriously at Snackfully, and if something isn’t perfect we want to hear about it.
Therefore please contact our customer service team email@example.com and we’ll be more than happy to help.
In the email please include:
- a photo of the problematic product
- batch details (from the pack itself)
- a quick description of what is wrong
- your order number
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order please contact our customer service team right away at firstname.lastname@example.org . If we have not yet picked or dispatched your order, we will do our best to process the cancellation and refund you the money in full.
Please note while we will always try our best, we cannot always guarantee a cancellation as our orders are picked packed and shipped very quickly.
I've forgotten my password
Don’t worry. Just click on the Forgot My Password link on the login page of the Snackfully site and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset it. Please check your junk and spam folders if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.
How do I change my password?
The easiest way to change your password is to logout and then click ‘Forgot my password’ and go through that process.
How do I update my details?
Your personal details can be amended quickly and easily on the My Account page. Just login following this link www.snackfully.co.uk/account/login

What shelf life can I expect on the products?
We will always do our best to give you the longest shelf-life possible & for full price products will ensure that you receive a minimum of 30 days on day of dispatch (many of our products will be a lot longer than this).
Do you offer bulk discounts for larger orders?
We run lots of regular promotions on all of the products which we sell, so please check out our promo pages. However, we treat all customers the same and believe everybody should receive the best prices no matter how much they spend with us.
