Flower & White Eton Mess Recipe
Whip up this delicious dessert and delight your sweet tooth!
You will need:
10g Freeze dried Raspberries
120g heavy whipping cream
1 tsp Sugar
Flower & White White Chocolate & Raspberry Meringue Bites
Punnet of Raspberries
White Chocolate Buttons or Pieces
Method:
1. Grab a jug and beat the whipping cream with a whisk until thick.
2. Crush the freeze dried raspberries into a powder using a zip too bad and pounding them with a rolling pin.
3. Place the crushed raspberries, whipping cream and sugar in the bowl and beat together.
4. To serve, dollop the cream into the bowl and add your White Chocolate & Raspberry Meringue Bites, sprinkle with your fresh raspberries and some white chocolate yumminess and enjoy!
