How Much Money Does Subscribing Save Me?

When will my order arrive?
Your order will go live in our warehouse on the date that you set it. So, for example if you set up your subscription for a Monday it will go live on our system on this day and then shipped for next working day delivery, so you would receive this on the Tuesday. If you did need the snacks for a Monday, it would be best to put your subscription live on the Thursday for delivery Friday.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account.
Product X isn’t available for subscription – why?
We have chosen our most popular products for subscription, which we feel our customers would like and that we hold stock of all of the time, so as not to disappoint when subscriptions go live and the product may be out of stock. We are constantly expanding the range, however if there was any products that you wanted on subscription that aren't already, please let us know and we will do our best to add this on for you.
