Questions we get asked
How does it work if everyone is at a different address?
You send us one list of names and delivery addresses. We pack each box individually and send them out on tracked DPD delivery, so every person gets their own box at home. You deal with us once and get one invoice, rather than forty separate orders.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There's no contract and no minimum order, so you can start with one small send and grow it if it lands well.
Can you work around allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes. Flag anything we need to know on your list and we'll pack each box accordingly. The range includes vegan, gluten free and dairy free options, so most requirements are straightforward to cover.
If someone has a severe allergy, tell us when you order and we'll talk you through what we can and can't guarantee.
Can we pause or change a subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip or change whenever you need to, and there's no contract holding you to it. Team grown, quiet month, someone left: just tell us and we'll adjust the next send.
How do we pay?
Invoice billing is available if you'd rather it went through accounts, which is how most teams set it up. You can also pay by card at checkout.
