VITHIT Review: Every Flavour Ranked 2026

You've seen them in the fridge, you've seen them copied by supermarkets... so they must be good, right? Those multi coloured VITHIT vitamin drinks. But like, what do they do? What do they taste like? Which one's the best?

Slow down! We've got it all answered right here. So if you like your juices fruity and vitamin packed, sit right down, because we settled it.

We stock every VITHIT bottle flavour at Snackfully, we send them out to homes and offices all over the UK, and between the reorders, the reviews and the very strong opinions from our own team, we have a decent idea of which flavours people come back for. So here it is. Every VITHIT flavour, ranked.

One thing before we start: there's no bad bottle here. Every flavour has its fans, and the gap between first and last is more "gold vs bronze" than "winner vs bin." But you came for a ranking, so a ranking you shall have.

The podium, at a glance

  1. Lean & Green: Apple, Elderflower & Maté Tea takes gold, the crowd favourite.
  2. Immunitea: Dragonfruit & Yuzu claims silver, and very nearly number one.
  3. Detox: Mandarin brings home bronze.
  4. Boost: Berry narrowly misses the top spots.
  5. Perform: Orange, Mango & Passionfruit finishes fifth here, but if it were ranked on gym performance it would be number one.

Read on for the full verdicts, or head straight to the full VITHIT range and trust your taste buds.

First, what is VITHIT?

VITHIT is a vitamin water made from four things: water, real fruit juice, a tea infusion, and a blend of vitamins. Every 500ml bottle gives you 100% of your recommended daily intake of 8 essential vitamins, comes in at no more than 35 calories, and has fewer than 6 grams of sugar. The full range is vegan friendly too.

Each flavour is paired with a different tea, which is where the personalities come from. Rooibos, green tea, Ceylon, maté, matcha. And if you're thinking "but I don't really like tea", fear not. You can't taste it. The tea is just there as backup to all the other good stuff in VITHIT, bringing antioxidants and other functional bits along for the ride. It's really all about the fruit flavour.

Every VITHIT flavour, ranked

1. Lean & Green: Apple, Elderflower & Maté Tea

If you read VITHIT reviews anywhere online, Apple & Elderflower is the flavour that gets named again and again, and we understand why. It's crisp, fresh and light, like the posh apple juice at a garden party rather than the sugary stuff in a lunchbox. The elderflower keeps it floral without tipping into perfume territory.

The maté tea brings a small amount of natural caffeine, so this is a lovely late morning bottle. Enough of a lift to be useful, nowhere near enough to leave you crashing by lunch time.

Best for: First-timers, apple juice lovers, anyone who wants one flavour to stock the fridge with.

2. Immunitea: Dragon fruit & Yuzu

The interesting one. Unless you live near one of those fancy supermarkets, chances are you've never seen a dragon fruit in the wild. And what even is a yuzu? (It's some kind of sharp, fragrant Japanese fruit, since you asked.) It's bright, citrusy and a little exotic, with added zinc alongside the vitamin blend. The tea in this one is Ceylon, which sounds mysterious but is simply a crisp black tea from Sri Lanka, grown there since the island went by the name Ceylon. It carries a gentle 4mg of natural caffeine, barely a bean next to your average coffee.

This little pink number came within a sip of being our number one flavour. It seems a lot of people like the exotic excitement of a dragon fruit.

Best for: Anyone bored of standard fruit flavours.

3. Detox: Mandarin

The reliable one. Everyone knows mandarin (the fruit, not the language). Here it a green tea infusion to make the freshest squeeze in the range. Picture the Sun blazing, walks on a holiday, picking a fresh orange from a tree as you pass. Crisp, zingy and at just 25 calories a bottle, sweet as it gets.

Best for: Breakfasts and Sun filled picnics.

4. Boost: Berry with Ginseng & Rooibos Tea

A proper mixed berry blend with blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and blackcurrant juices in there, rounded out with ginseng and rooibos tea. It's the softest, most mellow flavour in the range, and the lightest bottle of the lot at just 10 calories.

Because rooibos is naturally caffeine free, Boost is the pick if you want a VITHIT later in the day.

Best for: Berry people, evening hydration, and anyone avoiding caffeine.

5. Perform: Orange, Mango & Passionfruit

The gym one. Perform is the bottle built for training days, blending tropical orange, mango and passionfruit with matcha tea and amino acids. Where the rest of the range is made for sipping, this one's made for sweating: all the big fruity flavour of a sports drink at just 25 calories and a fraction of the sugar.

If you train regularly, feel free to flip this
whole ranking on its head. Perform slots straight into the gym bag spot where the neon sports drinks used to live, and once it's in, it tends to stay. Fifth place overall. First place after a workout.

Best for: Post-workout and tropical flavour fans.

Which VITHIT flavour should you try first?

If you just want the safe bet, start with Lean & Green and thank us later. Fancy something you can't get anywhere else? Immunitea is your bottle. If you're a citrus person through and through, go Detox. Watching calories or avoiding caffeine, Boost does both at once. And if the gym hydrations needed, Perform was built for the job.

Can't decide? The 48-bottle mixed bundle exists for exactly this dilemma.

So, is VITHIT good for you?

Short answer: if it's taking the place of a sugary softdrink or a standard sports drink, it's a smart swap. Real fruit juice, real tea, 100% of your daily intake of 8 essential vitamins, between 10 and 35
calories and fewer than 6 grams of sugar per bottle, a fraction of what the average soft drink carries. The low sugar comes from a blend of fruit juice and sweetener, which is how it manages to taste this fruity without the sugar to match.

Caffeine stays low across the whole range too. The tea infusions bring small natural amounts, far below a cup of coffee, and Boost's rooibos is naturally caffeine free. So there's a bottle for any point in the day, desk, gym or sofa. And if vitamin waters are your thing, VITHIT sits alongside plenty of company in our vitamin drinks range.
